Günal Bilgisayar is responsible for manufacturing defects of the products it sells, within the scope of the conditions specified in the warranty certificate.
The warranty period is 2 years.
If the product malfunctions due to a manufacturing defect within the warranty period, it will be repaired free of charge or replaced with a new product.
The maximum repair period is 20 business days, starting from the date the defective product is delivered to our authorized technical service or, if direct access to the service is not possible, from the date it is reported to our dealer, agency, representative, importer, or manufacturer.
If a product covered by warranty cannot be repaired within 10 business days, Günal Bilgisayar will provide the user with a replacement product of similar specifications until the repair is completed.
Repairs will be carried out by Günal Bilgisayar Authorized Technical Service.
Within the warranty period starting from the delivery date, the customer may request free replacement, refund, or a price reduction proportional to the defect.
Any disputes that may arise must be notified to our company in writing.
If problems persist despite fulfilling all requirements, the user may apply to the Ministry of Industry and Trade, General Directorate of Consumer and Competition Protection.
Products purchased from our stores cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are defective or faulty. For defective or faulty products, the consumer has the right to return the product within 14 days, free of any service charges.
Günal Bilgisayar reserves the right to change prices. Prices may vary instantly depending on market conditions, and the company cannot be held liable for price increases or decreases.
The company cannot be held responsible for user errors stated in the user manual or for features not included in the product standards; therefore, return or exchange requests cannot be accepted.
If the product is delivered via a cargo company, it must be checked before acceptance without damaging the packaging. In case of missing items or damage during shipment, a report must be prepared with the cargo officer. Our company is not responsible for issues arising during transportation by the cargo company.
In case return conditions are met, the customer must apply to our sales representatives with all accessories, promotions (if any), invoice (return invoice), warranty certificate, and payment receipt.
If the buyer is a taxpayer, a return invoice must be issued for the product return.
All shipping and related costs for returned products are borne by the buyer.
After inspection, if the return conditions are met, the product will be exchanged by the relevant department or the payment will be refunded by our accounting department.
Your order is shipped within the same business day it reaches our company, under 100% insurance and casco coverage, provided it is a working day.
Delivery times may vary in cases of force majeure such as natural disasters, war, fire, etc.

Orders are delivered upon presentation of a photo ID and signature. Please open the package upon delivery and ensure that the contents are complete and undamaged.
No payment will be collected at the time of delivery. Only ensure that your order is delivered completely and without defects. If you or your official representative are not present at the address, delivery can only be made to first-degree relatives who can prove their identity with a photo ID, against signature. If no one is available at the address, the cargo officer will leave a delivery notice containing the cargo company’s contact information. After the order is placed, the delivery recipient cannot be changed.
Delivery is available only within the borders of Turkey.
Order cancellation is possible only on the same business day the order is placed, and before 17:00, which is the shipment dispatch time.
